Sam and Pat are super helpful, thoughtful and nice. They went out of their way to make us comftorable. Even replacing my electrical plug for me after it went out in the middle of the night (my husband was at work.) They insisted on not leaving me without power until morning. You just dont find people everday who are so kind. I really appreciate them and my time spent at J's. Thanks guys.

Great ppl

We are family owned and no drinking is allowed and with my meds I certainly do not drink.

I am appalled by this comment which has not one word of truth in it. Mr came to me begging for help even though we were full I made arrangements to help. Mr continue to ask me for gas money so they could make a trip to Arkansas. They had no monies and no way to pay for their stay. He did say he wanted to be long term once he received his disability check. He went from having one child to several family members some being young adults. I agreed to one night free stay and they were to leave the first thing in the AM. They refused to leave the next day and I did say I would call the sheriff if they did not leave. They were looking for a week of free rent. Ms became angry saying she was a para legal and they did not have to leave. Mr and Ms were yelling and causing a disruption for the other campers.

We are a for profit business.Yes Melissa we normally do expect a fee for staying here. If you are looking for a free place then yes Wal Mart parking lot is your choice.

Melissa failed to tell you that they stayed free out of compassion for her sickness.

We have a very nice up todate bathhouse which they all used with no problems. Seems every time you attempt to help someone it comes back on you.

We are a small Christian family operation who help folks from time to time. This couple does make it more difficult in wanting to help those in need in the future.

Worst experience in all of Cassville. If you are looking for a quite family park this is not the place for you. The owner was cussing in front of our children, reeked of alcohol and advertised he had WiFi but would not let the kids use it. He threatened to call the sheriff because I informed him that I was going to write a review on him and then told us to leave his property all because I felt it important to warn others of his behavior. Our spot had no sewer no water and he still charged more than any of the RV parks in the area which are all much nicer. I highly recommend if you need a place for the night the Walmart parking lot is a better choice than Jay's RV Park.

Yes I have gave a helping hand in the past and will again in the future.

She did threaten me with social media as she has here. They were mad as they wanted more time for free.

Mr came to me with a small child pleading for help. He said he was doing mission work for a local church. He said his wife was deathly sick and they were staying in a parking lot with no electric. I explained we were full, but I could provide elec to him so she would be comfortable. They paid nothing for the one night stay. Mr first wanted to stay long term and yet he had no monies to pay with. I did advise a place would be available the first of June. They changed their mind as they found a cheaper place to stay which they had reservations for and wanted to stay with me until he received his government monies. He was unable to move to the other place as they had no monies and wanted a free stay with me until the first of the month.

Once the motor home arrived they had a house full of kids. I explained the internet was not for streaming just checking email and checking the web. Now is the interesting part as the wife (Melissa) exited the truck removed a desk from the back with no problems. She then climbed to the top of the motor home to make an adjustment. She did not act nor appear to be deathly sick as her husband had stated.

It is a beautiful place and owners are awesome!!!
