Good food high prices

Every time we have come they are rude on taking the orders, then our food is always wrong, even the order is wrong when we just get drinks. Management does nothing about it, called the corporate number 1-866- OK-SONIC hopefully they will get something done.
Shakes shouldn't have to be eaten with a spoon
Usually a good place to eat but HORRIBLE for the past 2 mornings in a row. Ordered a bacon toaster this morning and it wasn't toasted, bread still soft and yellow from the butter, very mushy! Yesterday I ordered a bacon burrito and it was hard and tasted like it had been reheated! Complaining to the manager because this is strange. Like I said, usually a very good place to eat besides being busy much of the day BUT this is ridiculous because they were NOT busy either of these 2 mornings and the food was just not satisfactory!
