They go by there own laws, even when there wrong. They make there own laws at this place. My jury trail will show this.

9-11-14 12:00 pm I was leaving Cassville on business 37 North. I was a passenger in a vehicle as we passed the library I heard a siren by this time we were approaching the bowling alley where we were trying to pull on the shoulder (which there very little so we could not get completely over). The Cassville police car which was running very fast full lights, sirens passed us in a no passing zone and was in the other lane as he peaked the hill. If someone had been coming South they probably would have been met head on. Wondering what kind of emergency would cause this officer to risk his life and others we sped up and saw the officer, car parked in a regular spot, lights off, at the ACCESS health care facility STROLLING into the building.
Why do the Sheriff and the Jail have websites that are both broken links. If they are going to have a website listed they need to hire someone to operate it, because it is useless, you can't get information, mailing to inmate information or anything. Fix it or remove it please Barry County it serves only as an embarrassment to those of us who live here.
