I walked in to altek and inquired about my laptops the kid behind the counter could not tell me a thing said if I wanted it torn apart and put back together he is the guy then I asked if I could leave them for the guy to give me a price on what it would cost to fix the screens that was Friday afternoon. I have called all day today on Monday no answer not call back nothing I started at 9 am and continued and still will continue until I can pick it up Friday this is the worst I have ever seen does this business want to make money or not. I should have went with the computer shop at least the answer the phone I will give a better rating when I am given better service
Brandon has managed to fix almost everything I have taken to him, and if he couldn't fix it, he has helped me find the best replacement at the best cost. He works on more than computers, he has worked on my x-box 360, my tablet, my phone, and my mp3 player. He has always been patient with my lack of computer skills! He is only open Tuesday to Friday, so no he wouldn't be able to answer the shop phone, but is timely in returning calls. Will definitely bring all my tech problems to him!
