Must be clean trailer and full fuel tank,do have scale on site .no apoint but you will sit 6 hrs or more..stamping time out on the bills..
what a joke this place is and all these shippers and receivers blame it on the trucks when you fu#@ us out of the hours to get the product there timely and don't even get me started on pay (pennies) grrrrrr
They haven't touched my trailer in over three hours. Are they hatching the chickens and raising them before putting them on my truck?

I was worried reading the other reviews and yes there were several trucks waiting when it showed up but if you have to wait they let you wait there. Security guard and scale guy were cool. Shipping dude was an ass. Have your reefer full, they check. Maybe it just got lucky.. it was in and out even tho it was 5 hrs early
Got here at 10:00 and checked in. Guard was nice. Day shipping clerk was nice and curtious. Was told to go park in the gravel lot and they would let me know what door to back into. My appointment was not until 22:00 so that's fine.
Got a knock on my door about 3 hours later. Was happy as hell might get out of here early. But I've now been sitting in this door for about 6 or so hours. Went inside about 30 minutes ago to use the restroom and asked if I was able to pull away from the door to close my doors to cool the reefer off. Some jabba the hut looking guy doesn't even look up from his phone before saying "no. We obviously aren't done with you yet. "
